Erban Homes is a versatile tenant-focused HMO and Supported Accommodation provider within the West Midlands, providing homes designed to a great standard with our residents as our top priority. 1. Complete HMO management service - our Support Workers are here to support you in every aspect of HMO living, they can be contacted very easily and are always happy to help

2. Providing supported accommodation - we offer relevant care and support services specially tailored to your needs

3. Property Management - we offer assistance such as moving and property maintenance as we aim to make your living experience in our properties as accommodating and effortless as possible. Rent for our properties includes council tax, utilities and broadband making it easier for our tenants to keep up with, as well as biweekly cleaning services for communal areas of all our properties so they are always a welcoming and tidy environment.
