Orsa Housing provides the highest quality accommodation to everyone that accesses our service. Typically, each person gets a room in a shared house with the following features:

• all furniture provided including brand new bedding on move in
• Ensuite bathrooms in some rooms
• fully fitted shared kitchen
• Shared bathroom & toilet facilities
• free WiFi for all
• Security features including CCTV
• Weekly health & safety compliance checks

Not Just A Room

Orsa Housing provide an holistic package of accommodation and 1-1 support to empower people to make positive changes. We offer advice and guidance as well as practical support to provide solutions to some of the barriers that prevent an independent and healthy lifestyle. Orsa encourage individuals to engage with us as well as organisations to address these barriers including:

• wellbeing services to address mental health concerns
• working with substance misuse agencies to reduce dependency and live healthier lifestyles
• complete a support programme that focuses on positive financial skills and money management
• empowering women who are survivors of domestic abuse in our female only service
• tenancy sustaining life skills including identifying move-on accommodation
• enabling individuals to enrol in education or training
• Identify employment opportunities or apprenticeships
• Supported Living for 16 & 17 year old care leavers
• Provide an impartial listening ear when they need it most
• Taking part in activities that promote a healthy physical and mental wellbeing
