Who we are

Transitions Housing Solutions CIC has developed a specialist knowledge and experience in housing with support services, using a person centre and Trauma informed practices..

We have the expertise in delivering housing and support solutions for vulnerable groups of society. This includes people that have experienced homelessness due to current challenges in the housing market or those who have been identified as having housing and additional support needs.

We are currently able to provide a range of accommodation options including:

· Shared housing for single adults in small fully furnished HMO style accommodation.

· Self contained Flats for Single adults and Couples.

· A limited number of family homes for families in need of support 

We are able to offer support to:

Male and Females Adults 18+ and families, Who have been homeless or are at risk of homelessness and one or more of the following:

· complex support needs

· Alcohol or Drug related issues

· Ex Offenders, involved in the Criminal Justice System

· Care leavers

· Survivors of Domestic Abuse

· Street Homelessness

· Physical or mental health Issues

· Recently released from Hospital or Rehabilitation Facilities

·  and various other issues
