About Birmingham, Domestic Abuse

The Birmingham service assists victims and survivors of domestic abuse, both female and male, and empowers people to make positive changes. We offer specialist support for maintaining tenancy, avoiding homelessness and integrating safely into communities as well as the following services:

  • Assessments, information and advice
  • Housing advice, liaison and referral
  • Community outreach
  • Welfare benefits, debt relief and payment planning advice
  • Access to Education, Training and Employment (ETE) services via our PURE provision
  • Connection to community resources including social activities
  • Flexible person-centred support and settlement assistance to identified service users
  • Support to improve health and wellbeing
  • Assistance to gain access to appropriate services
  • Life skill development and goal setting to pursue aspirations
  • Flexible support at times and venues which suit the service user
  • Joint working with Trident and other agencies to ensure coordinated support

Unfortunately, we are unable to see clients at our office location. Client appointments are arranged out in the community at a location to suit.
Appointments are available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. (Excludes Bank Holidays).
