Pyramid Self Help Group was developed out of a desire to help those less fortunate than ourselves. Since its inception, we have worked hard to provide support where it's most needed.

The project is for the people with, or who have suffered from mental health

problems. It was started back in 2007 with just 10 people and we now have 100's of registered members..

We have moved into a new and exciting new venue which will enable us to cater for more people and progress and expand further - as well as keeping on with the good work we currently do which you can find details of on this website and also out Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/pyramidselfhelpgroup)

At the moment the project meet three times a week on Monday 9-1 pm,
Tuesday 9-1 pm and Thursday 9-1 pm although we are exploring opening on other days and times as well as holding curry nights, quizzes, snooker / pool competitions and much more. Watch this space for more news and updates...

We are currently open three times a week on Monday 9-1 pm,Tuesday 9-1 pm and Thursday 9-1 pm at the Gannow Community Centre, Adamson St, Burnley, Lancashire BB12 6RB. This is just off the mainline bus route on the main road commg off the roundabout from Burnley to Padiham every 10 minutes. If transport is required Pendle Community Bus Company can be contacted on:

Our team relies exclusively on volunteer help. And remember, a little often goes a long way.
